My menu Recipe Chicken Sate Lilit



Seasoning that are:

     Curly red chili 3 pieces
     Red onion 3 eggs
     2 cloves garlic
     1 whole roasted hazelnut
     turmeric 1cm burned
     coriander 1/4sdt
     grilled shrimp paste on 1/2sdt

Materials to make chicken sate lilit:

     minced chicken 200gram
     minced shrimp 100gram
     2 stalks chives cut in 1 / 2 cm
     granulated sugar 1 / 2 tsp
     salt 1 / 2 tsp
     thick coconut milk 1 tablespoon instant
     oil for sauteing
     lemongrass to use as a puncture

How to make chicken sate lilit:

     Blend all the spices.
     heat oil and saute all the ground spices until fragrant. lift
     Combine all ingredients wrap chicken satay, stir spices added.
     take a little bit and then the chicken mixture in the form of pins and solid lemongrass.
     Burn her at the back and forth until cooked and fragrant.
